בוחרים מצב – איחור לעבודה, ארוחה משפחתית שפספסתם, הודעה שלא עניתם עליה, שיעורי בית, ביטול תוכניות, אימון שהברזתם ממנו, יום הולדת ששכחתם, חוב קטן לחבר, איחור לזום או כלים בכיור – ובוחרים סגנון: אמין, דרמטי, אבסורדי, מדע בדיוני או ישראלי. אחר כך נוערים את הטלפון או מקישים, ומקבלים תירוץ מצחיק ותמים.

יותר מ־300 משפטים שנכתבו ביד, שמתחברים ליותר מחצי מיליון תירוצים שונים.
עברית תקינה בלשון זכר או בלשון נקבה.
