מסיבת תחפושות (Dress-Up Party, Fête déguisée) is made by Magmanet. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: your data stays on your device, and we collect nothing.
We don't collect anything. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it collects no usage statistics. We never see, sell or share your data.
The app's settings (language, sounds, the dressing timer), the last character a child dressed up and the "My looks" gallery (drawings of saved looks: clothes, colours and stickers, plus the theme and award) are saved only on your device, in the app's private storage. The gallery never contains names, photos or anything about other players. Everything is removed when you uninstall the app, and the grown-ups area can delete the gallery.
The Copy backup feature (in the grown-ups area, behind the parent gate) copies these settings and looks as text to your clipboard; the app never uploads it.
"Party with friends" connects phones in the same room directly: over the local Wi-Fi network, or, if a grown-up turns on "Also use Bluetooth", over a direct Bluetooth / Wi-Fi Direct link (Google Nearby Connections). The phones exchange only what the game needs: the nickname and emoji avatar each player chose, the theme and timer, each player's dressed-up look (item and colour choices, sent only when the dressing time is up), the four fixed cheer stickers (⭐ ❤️ 😂 🤩, sent without saying who sent them) and the awards. Nothing goes through a server, nothing reaches us, and nothing is kept after the party except each phone's own looks in its own gallery. There is no chat, no free text other than the nickname, no camera and no photos.
Android asks for location permission before Bluetooth discovery on some versions. It is requested only if Bluetooth play is turned on (after a screen that explains why), and the app never reads, stores or sends your location.
The game works without internet. The only time it goes online is the update check: once a day the app asks the Magmanet server (EU, Contabo) whether a newer version exists. The request contains only the app name, its version number and how it was installed (website / Google Play); the server counts checks per app and version in aggregate and stores no identifiers and no IP address. If the server is unavailable, the app downloads the public version file from GitHub Pages instead (GitHub may see your IP address, as with any download). The download button for an update is behind the parent gate. You can turn the check off in the grown-ups area ("Check for updates automatically").
מסיבת תחפושות is designed for children aged 5–12 and their families. It contains no ads, no in-app purchases, no accounts, no chat and no links out of the app (except the update download link, which is behind a parent gate), and it collects no personal information from anyone, including children. The settings are behind a parent gate. Nicknames and looks in a nearby party are seen only by the players in the same room.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and publish the new version at the same address.
