Freelance Hours records the hours you work for your clients and shows a monthly report. Everything it saves stays on your phone. There is no account.

What the app uses, and where it stays

• What you enter (clients, projects, hourly rates, times worked, notes, payments, and your own name for reports) is stored only in the app's private storage on your phone. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
• Reports. The PDF and the CSV are created on the phone.
• Notifications. If you turn on the long-timer alert, it is scheduled locally on your phone. It doesn't name the client.
• The system's cloud backup is turned off for this app, so this data isn't copied there.

What leaves the phone

• Anonymous usage statistics (screens used and simple counters, with a random install ID) help us improve the app. They never include anything you typed. You can turn them off in Settings.
• The daily update check asks our website whether a newer version exists.
• Your report. If you tap "Share PDF" or "Share CSV", the file goes only to the app you choose.
• Backup file. If you tap "Backup file", a file with all your records is handed to the app you choose (for example your own cloud drive or email). Keep it private. It is not sent to us.

Deleting your data

Delete an entry, a payment, a project or a client in the app. Restoring a backup replaces what is on the phone. Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored.

Children

The app is not directed at children.
