Mortgage & Loans is a calculator for understanding and comparing loan and mortgage offers. Everything you enter stays on your phone.

Offers you enter (names, tracks, amounts, rates, terms, costs, property values) are stored only in the app's private storage on your phone.
Your income and fixed expenses, if you enter them in the payment-to-income tool, and your settings (language, scenarios, edited values) are stored on your phone.
The app has no account, never asks for bank or card details, and never connects to a bank.

None of this is ever sent to us or to anyone else. The app has no server for your data, and all calculations work offline.

Anonymous usage statistics help us improve the app. They are sent over HTTPS to Magmanet's own server in the EU: the app name and version, your operating-system version, your language, how the app was installed, a random install ID, which screens and features are used, and counts of error types. They never include amounts, rates, incomes, offer names or calculation results. On the server the ID is hashed, no IP address is stored, and raw data is deleted after 400 days. You can turn this off in Settings.
The update check, on Android only (once a day), asks whether a newer version exists. On iPhone and iPad the App Store handles updates.
Sharing. If you tap share, the text or PDF goes only to the app and person you choose.
Backup. "Copy backup" in Settings copies your data as text to the clipboard; where you paste it is up to you.

Internet only, for the statistics and, on Android, the update check.

Delete an offer in the app, or use "Delete all data" in Settings. Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored.

The app is not directed at children.

The app is a calculator and gives estimates. It is not financial advice or a recommendation, and the bank's own schedule is what counts.

הצעות שאתם מזינים (שמות, מסלולים, סכומים, ריביות, תקופות, עלויות ושווי נכס) נשמרות רק באחסון הפרטי של האפליקציה בטלפון.

מה יוצא מהטלפון: סטטיסטיקת שימוש אנונימית (בלי סכומים, ריביות, הכנסות, שמות הצעות או תוצאות; אפשר לכבות בהגדרות); בדיקת עדכון יומית באנדרואיד בלבד; שיתוף – רק לאפליקציה ולאדם שבחרתם; גיבוי – מועתק ללוח ואתם מחליטים איפה לשמור.
מחיקה: מחיקת הצעה באפליקציה, או "מחיקת כל הנתונים" בהגדרות. הסרת האפליקציה מוחקת הכול.
