Shift Calendar keeps your shift schedule, reminds you before a shift and estimates your hours and gross pay from your own numbers. Everything it saves stays on your phone.

What the app stores, and where

• Your schedule: shift types (names, times, colours, hourly rates, multipliers), rotations, single-day changes, swaps and notes. They are stored only in the app's private storage on your phone and are left out of Android's automatic cloud backup.
• Pay estimates are calculated on the phone when shown and are not stored.
• Notifications. If you turn reminders on, they are scheduled locally on your phone. The notification permission is asked only when you turn them on.

None of this is ever sent to us or to anyone else. The app has no account and no server for your data.

What leaves the phone

• Anonymous usage statistics (screens used, simple feature counts and error counts, with a random install ID, the app and system versions, language and, on Android, the phone maker and model) help us improve the app. They never include shift names, rates, pay, dates or notes. You can turn them off in Settings.
• The daily update check (Android) asks our website whether a newer version exists.
• Sharing. If you tap "Share", the month's text or image goes only to the app and person you choose. Hours and pay are included only if you turn them on.
• Backup. "Copy backup" in Settings copies your data as text to the clipboard; where you paste it is up to you.

Not payroll or legal advice

The pay figure is only an estimate: hours × your rate × your multiplier. The app does not calculate overtime, tax or legal rules. Your payslip is what counts.

Deleting your data

"Delete all my shifts" in Settings deletes everything the app stored. Uninstalling the app deletes it too.

Children

The app is not directed at children.

• מחיקה: "מחיקת כל המשמרות שלי" בהגדרות מוחקת את כל מה שנשמר. גם הסרת האפליקציה מוחקת הכול.
