Freelance Hours is one place for the hours you bill. Everything stays on your phone, with no account.

• Clients and projects: an hourly rate for each client, and a project can have its own. A new rate applies to new time only, so past months don't change.
• A one-tap timer: tap the client and it runs. Only the start time is stored, so it keeps counting with the app closed or after the phone restarts. Forgot to start it? Move the start back a few minutes.
• Switching clients: tapping another client saves what was running and starts the next one.
• Entries by hand: with a start and an end, or just a length on a date. Any entry can be fixed.
• Non-billable time: counted in the hours, adds nothing to the amount.
• Forgot to stop? A warning when a timer runs very long, and an optional alert that arrives with the app closed.
• A monthly report per client: hours, amounts, what's been paid and what's left, plus what you are owed over all months.
• Mark payments, full or partial.
• Share the report as a PDF, in the app's language, or a CSV for a spreadsheet, through the app you choose.
• Back up to a file and restore it on a new phone.

This is a time record, not an invoice, a receipt or a tax document, and it does no VAT or tax calculations.
