Meal Planner takes the stress out of Shabbat and holiday meals: who is coming, what to serve, what to buy and when to start cooking.

• Pick a meal from the Hebrew calendar: Friday night dinner, Shabbat lunch, Rosh Hashana dinner, the pre-fast meal and break-fast, Sukkot, Simchat Torah, a Chanukah party, a Tu BiShvat seder, the Purim feast, the Pesach seder and a Shavuot dairy dinner – or a family meal on any date.
• Guests: adults and kids per family, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies (nuts, peanuts, sesame, eggs, dairy, fish, soy, gluten), kashrut level and a note. Kids count as half a portion.
• Menu: start from a classic menu for each holiday and add from 200+ dishes – challot, salads and dips, soups, fish, mains, sides, desserts and holiday foods like the seder plate and the Rosh Hashana simanim. Filter to what fits every guest, meat or dairy, and no chametz on Pesach.
• Every dish shows who can't eat it, and the app warns when a menu mixes meat and dairy.
• Amounts are scaled to the number of guests, and when a course has several dishes each one gets smaller. Make any dish bigger or smaller.
• Shopping list: everything you need in one list, grouped by supermarket aisle, rounded to amounts you can buy. Tick things off as you shop and share it as text.
• Who brings what: assign dishes to guests and send the plan to the group chat.
• Timeline: when to start each dish, what to make the day before and what goes on the Shabbat hot plate – counted back from candle lighting in your city (calculated on the phone).
• A checklist for every holiday: candles, wine and challot, the seder plate and Haggadot, the sukkah and four species, the chanukiah, mishloach manot and more.
