Mortgage & Loans helps you understand and compare offers, using the numbers your bank gave you.

• Build a mortgage from tracks: fixed not linked, fixed CPI-linked, prime, and adjustable every few years, linked or not. Each track has an amount, rate, term and repayment method: Spitzer, equal principal or bullet.
• See the first payment, the highest payment and when it comes, total repaid, total interest and CPI linkage, with an amortisation table by month or year and a chart.
• Scenarios: set your own CPI and rate change, low, mid and high, and see the range. These are your assumptions, not a forecast.
• Compare two or three offers side by side. The app shows numbers and does not recommend an offer.
• Early repayment: what a sum now saves, as a lower payment or a shorter term, with an estimate of the fee under the Banking Order. It is only an estimate; the binding amount is on the bank's sheet.
• Refinance check: the current loan against a new one and the switching costs, with a break-even point.
• A simple loan calculator, and payment as a share of disposable income.
• Bank of Israel limits (financing ratio, payment to income, variable-rate share, term) and prime: shown with their source and the date last checked, and editable.
• Share a summary as text or PDF.

The app does not suggest rates, list banks or connect to any bank. You enter the rates yourself.
