Recipe Cost answers the two questions everyone who bakes or cooks to sell asks: what does this cake cost me, and what should I charge for it?

• Ingredients: enter what you buy – the price, the package size and its unit (₪6.50 for 1 kg of flour, ₪13 for a dozen eggs, ₪9 for a litre of oil). The app shows the price per 100 g, per 100 ml or per piece.
• Conversions: a recipe can measure in g, kg, ml, l, teaspoons, tablespoons or cups, and the app converts to the package price. To measure something you buy by weight in cups (flour, sugar, cocoa), enter once what a cup weighs. For eggs and other pieces, what one piece weighs.
• Recipes: add ingredients and quantities and see the cost of each line, the total and the cost per serving.
• Scaling: want 30 cookies instead of 12? Pick the number of servings and every quantity and cost updates. You can save the new version.
• Selling price: add your hands-on time and hourly rate, packaging and extras, and overhead (gas, electricity) as a percent of the ingredients. Choose a markup on cost or a margin on price, and get a suggested price for the batch and per serving, plus your profit.
• Sharing: a recipe's cost breakdown, line by line, in one message.
• Currency: ₪ by default, or choose dollars, euros or pounds.
