Home Maintenance remembers when you last cleaned the AC filter, replaced the water filter or had the roof looked at, and reminds you on time.

• A ready-made list: AC filters and service, water filter, solar water heater, gas, smoke detector and battery, pest control, drains, roof and gutters before winter, the shelter's filter system, fridge coils and the washing machine filter. You can add your own too.
• For each task: room, last done, next due, cost, who does it, notes and photos.
• The home screen shows what is overdue, what is due this month and what comes later.
• "Done" logs the job and moves it to the next date: from the day it was done, or on the same date every year.
• A seasonal checklist in one tap: before winter and before summer.
• Tradespeople in one place, with one-tap call.
• Cost totals for each year and by task.
• Several homes: your flat, your parents' house, a rental.
• Reminders at the hour you choose, and a day with several tasks comes as one notification.
• Back up to one zip file with everything and the photos, and restore it on a new phone.

Intervals are general suggestions and starting points: your manual or a professional decides. The app gives no repair instructions: for gas, electricity or anything dangerous, call a licensed professional.

Everything stays on your phone: no account, no server, no ads. Full Hebrew and English, dark mode.
