Rent Tracker keeps everything about a rental in one place, for tenants and landlords, so you don't miss a notice date and you have an orderly record.

• Address, the other party, contract start and end, option periods, notice dates, rent, deposit and guarantees.
• Reminders before the contract ends and before notice and option deadlines. You choose how many days ahead.
• A payment log for every month: paid, paid late, partial or late.
• Post-dated cheques by due date, with a monthly series. Marking one as deposited logs the payment.
• For landlords: several properties, with a yearly total of what came in and what is missing for each.
• Index-linked rent: rent × current index ÷ base index, from indexes you type, with a link to the Central Bureau of Statistics. Choose the rounding and "no decrease below the base rent", because contracts differ.
• Handover at entry and exit: a room-by-room checklist, dated photos and meter readings, as a PDF to share with the other party. The PDF contains personal details, and the app says so before every export.
• Contract and document photos are kept in the app's private folder.
• Some points from the rental law, from the official text, with the source and the date last checked.
• Back up and restore to one file with the photos.
