סריקה וחתימהScan & Sign

Scan & Sign turns a photo of a document into a clean, straight PDF ready to send, and it all happens on your phone.

Scanning

• The phone's document scanner finds the edges by itself, on phones where it's available.
• On every phone you can also take a photo and drag four corners, with a magnifier and full straightening.
• Black-and-white, grey or colour clean-up removes shadows and brightens the page. Change any page later: the original is kept.

Pages

• As many pages as you like: drag to reorder, rotate and delete. No page limit and no watermark.
• Import PDFs and pictures, and merge several documents in the order you choose.
• PDF pages you didn't change stay exactly as they were, with their text.

Signing

• Sign with your finger, save the signature on your phone and place it on any page, at the size and spot you choose.
• Add a date or short text, in Hebrew too.

Good to know: the signature is a picture placed on the page. It is not a certified electronic signature and doesn't prove who signed. If a certified signature is required, check with whoever asked for the document.

Smaller files

• Four levels of shrinking, with the expected size next to each. When shrinking, PDF pages become pictures and their text can't be selected.

Library and privacy

• A library on your phone with rename and search. Share, or save to a file.
• No server for your documents, no upload, no account and no ads. Documents leave your phone only when you share or save them.
• Works offline. On Android, Google's scanner may download its components through Google Play services on first use.
